How to place your TRADE Orders
We like to think that ordering from us is very easy. We are always happy to talk over the phone, exchange emails and simply go the extra mile to make our customers experience a pleasant one.
We have 100s of products so putting your first order together can be quite a problem.

Trade Discounts are split trade into bands, put simply the more you purchase the greater your discount will be.
Our products are split into different price categories and by achieving a high discount band in one category will enable you to purchase items in other categories at a similar trade discount level.
You can place your TRADE order in any way you want;
Once we have your trade order we will email you a proforma invoice and give you shipping options.
Orders under £500 are normally despatched within 4 working days of receiving payment.
Orders above £500 are normally made specifically for you and an estimated date of despatch will be given to you on receipt of your order.
Rush orders are sometimes possible with a minimum supplement of £25 + VAT. Please ask for details when you place your order if you need this service. We will let you know if it's possible and the charges for the service.
Mainland UK Trade Orders - Excluding some parts of Postcodes AB, DD, DG, EX & FK
If you purchase a minimum of 50 toppers from our Standard Toper Range at our standard trade prices your order will be shipped free on a Parcelforce 48 Service.
If, once your order is ready for despatch, you want your goods shipped on a expedited service you can upgrade to a Parcelforce 24 Service for a payment of £7.50.
If you don't qualify for free UK Mainland shipping and your postcode isn't excluded you have the following options;
Delivery to the parts of postcodes that are excluded above and any part of the UK that is not on the mainland will be charged at an additional rate. You will be advised of this when you receive your proforma.
During the Coronavirus pandemic Parcelforce has suspended their delivery guarantee. Our experience is that the Parcelforce 48 Service can take up to 7 working days to arrive and their Parcelforce 24 Service usually arrives next day. Parcelforce deliveries can arrive at any time between 7am and 6pm but these are usually delivered 9am to 5pm to business premises.
We are not currently offering a Parcelforce Pre-10 delivery option.
All export orders are supplied Ex-Works and we will be able to give you shipping options when we send your proforma invoice.
We will send you an amended proforma invoice which includes the shipping charges once you have decided on your shipping option.
We are always happy for you to arrange collection of your order from our premises.
The proforma invoice has all the details of our UK Bank that you will need to make payment.
If you can't (or don't want to) pay directly into our UK Bank account we can also accept payment by PayPal (5% surcharge) -
simply send your PayPal payment to email@example.com.
You can also pay over the phone by credit or debit card with a 5% surcharge.
Please let us know when you have made payment and when the funds are cleared into our bank we will despatch your order.
