• A general email address for the company.

• The full name of person making enquiry with their job title.

• An email address for the person making the enquiry (if different from the above).

• The company website (if you have one).

• Your Company Registration Number (if you have one).

• Your VAT (Tax) Registration Number (if you have one).

About the product(s) you are interested in:

• Our part number of item you are interested in.

• If you require a bespoke item a full description of what you want with an exact shape and size. Please send us the artwork you require printed.

• If you require a bespoke item please let us know what you will be applying it to we can then offer the most suitable type of edible paper for your requirements (ie cake topper, bread label, edible menu, floating drinks image, pastry label etc).

• How many you want.

• When you will need them by.

• How they will be packed - include any bespoke artwork for the packaging.

• Any labelling requirements for the packaging?

• If you are outside the UK how you will need them shipped.

• Who will insure the goods once they leave our factory?

• Where you will need the goods shipped to.

• How you will be paying for the goods - first orders are always cash in advance - orders outside the UK are always cash in advance.
